WebWhich ever one you want, both are good. Faron's gs is a one handed ugs with a fun attack that doesn't drain fp, Wolf Knight gs is a greatsword with two weapon arts that drain fp. Both are fun. Once you go into ng+ you can get the other. I think the Faron night great sword is just so damn cool.

I would go with the Farron greatsword because it has a slightly faster roll hit approach as compared to the Wolf Greatsword - in general, it has a better L2 special that's somewhat capable of hitting an enemy - poor Artorias, makes you wonder how you ever died to the boss in the first place.
